Maybe the thrasher was keeping an eye on you to make sure you weren’t over-doing it! :)
Congratulations on making your decision. It sounds like the perfect balance of taking action, but not overdoing it, and the most important part is that you trust that you will remain cancer-free! I will hold that belief too!
